How It Works
Our Deer Processing
01
Drop Off
We will give you an estimated time for when your deer will be ready at drop off. We will not check the status of orders less than 4 weeks old.

Pick Up
We will text or call you when your order is ready. We request that you pick up your deer meat within 3 days of your notification!

We will cap the number of deer we take daily.
Our capacity can and will change DAILY! If we have reached capacity, it will be noted on our social media platforms and our voicemail!
We batch process deer.
You will get your steaks and roasts back, but all ground product and cooked product will be batched with other deer.
We check the wholesomeness and cleanliness of deer before processing.
We reserve the right to reject deer that are not wholesome! If a deer does not meet our cleanliness standards we reserve the right to charge a “cleaning fee” to cover the cost of us cleaning it prior to processing OR we may reject it.
DO NOT skin a whole deer before bringing it here!
We WILL charge a $25 FEE or reject your deer if you skin it.
Your cape will be ready for pick up within 3 days of drop off.
We will NOT call you when your cape is ready. WE DO NOT FREEZE THEM! If your cape is not picked up in three days or arrangements made, we reserve the right to dispose of it!
WE DO NOT ACCEPT OUT OF STATE DEER!
MUST have a completed carcass tag with confirmation # at drop off! If we do not get a “cut sheet” for your deer at drop off, we will process in standard cuts.

Deer should be field dressed immediately. If we do it, we charge an extra $100. (We may also refuse the deer)

- $70 deposit required at drop off.
- Includes skinning, cutting, cleaning, and vacuum packaging.
- Does not include any cooked or further processed product.

Shoulder Mounts
- Shoulder mounts/cape must be picked up 3 days after the deer is dropped off.
- We are NOT responsible for mounts/cape left for more than 3 days!
- We will NOT call you about your mount/cape.
