The beef animal is broken down into sides. A side is one-half of a that has been split lengthwise from the neck to the tail. The side can then be split into the front quarter and hind quarter.

We are offering deer processing for the fall and winter of 2024/2025. The remainder of season will be during REGULAR business hours: Mon – Sat. 8 am – 6 pm
or until we’ve reached our capacity for the day!
